Housing & Healthcare Finance Closes $11.6 Million HUD Financing for Sabra Health Care REIT

Chevy Chase, MD, April 2014 - Housing & Healthcare Finance, LLC (HHC Finance), the nation’s leading HUD LEAN lender, announced the closing of a $11.6 million HUD loan to refinance the existing conventional debt of a skilled nurisng facility owned by Sabra Health Care REIT. The facility is located in Montana. The existing debt was refinanced by HHC Finance through HUD's 232/223(f) program.  The permanent refinancing lowered Sabra's interest rate and extended the debt's term for a significantly longer period.
